Simple monitoring
Allows to easily and quickly monitor the pieces production.
Client
On production’s station Perfect Code Client reads from the label (produced by Perfect Label) the unique identification number of the piece, and the operator can insert, via keyboard or from barcode reader, his registration number and/or the rack where the piece is placed.
The client, relative to a specific department, save these informations in the database with the date and time of the barcode reading.
The barcode reading can be used to indicate that the phase / related order is started and is an information that can be integrated to the monitoring of Perfect Monit.
Server
Through Perfect Code Server the user can view or print the pieces with specifics characteristics using particulars “selection filters” (for example related to a certain period, department, rack, operator, order number, customer, etc.).
