Allows real-time monitoring through the data acquired by the CMB grinding machine, the Forel sealer machine and the other machines through the Orchestra software.
Does
Perfect CMB interfaces the CMB grinding machine, acquires the pieces produced by the machine through the use of “recipes” coming from the orders of Perfect ERP and other data entered by the operator based on the default configuration. The machine application can indicate a number of grinded pieces different from the one entered by the operator, in case of break pieces. The information is managed by the Perfect CMB module that updates the number of pieces still to be grinded or pieces that must be managed in a recovery order, in case of break pieces.
Forel sealer machine: the files with the sequence of the pieces to be sealed are sent to the sealer machine, then the machine supplies the grinded pieces with the relative times of execution. The Perfect Machine Interface module updates the order lines in Perfect ERP to give the user the possibility to know the status of each individual order.
The Orchestra software interfaces on every single machine to memorize information on the made pieces and relative timing on its own database. The Perfect Machine Interface module reads the Orchestra software database and updates the order lines in Perfect ERP to allow the user to know the status of each individual order.
